2022 is an important milestone when witnessing the initial recovery in the economy, education, culture fields after the pandemic and OSP Group has also had a year with many memorable activities. Before entering the 2023 New Year, let’s take a look back at the events and impressive figures of the past year.
In March 2022, OSP Group recorded a new milestone when restructuring the organization towards the goal of building a leading IT ecosystem in Vietnam. With this change, OSP Software and Digital Content Technology Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as OSP Digital Content) and OSP Global Technology Trading and Services Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as OSP Global) will be the two member companies, in charge of the Group’s main business areas. Meanwhile, the Human Resources Administration Department, the Finance and Accounting Department and the QA Department are departments/divisions under the Group, in charge of general work and supporting member companies.
2022 is also the year that OSP Group has made many efforts to improve the quality of its human resources as well as improve the welfare of its employees. Regarding recruitment activities, the Group has consolidated the team in charge and the recruitment process. The result of the efforts of the Recruitment department is a 150% growth rate in human resources, reaching the 150 employees.
In addition to promoting recruitment, the Group’s leadership also focuses on training activities and welfare policies for employees. In particular, with the desire to strengthen the spirit of solidarity and improve the physical and mental health of employees, the Group has organized many cultural and sports activities, such as weekly football training and practicing, monthly member birthday celebrations or holidays.
In order to leverage the quality of the working space of the Group’s staff, the new office of OSP has an over 1000m2 area with a series of amenities such as a common living area (pantry), private kitchen, personal movie room, billiard table, golf model… With a new, more spacious working space and fully equipped with supporting elements, the Board of Directors expects that the new office will be an ideal environment, helping staff to concentrate and to work comfortably, thereby improving the quality of work.
With the above-mentioned promotion and encouragement policies of the Group, OSP’s staff has had a booming year in business activities and professional research.
Firstly, on the side of OSP Software Technology and Digital Content JSC, in 2022, members of the Information Technology Center and the Business Center have made great efforts to develop and deploy Digital Transformation products and services and Technology Solutions. To talk about the mark of OSP Digital Content in the past year, it is impossible not to mention the success in researching and deploying new products and services: Document Digitization Service and Administrative Violation Handling Software.

- Gói thầu: Thuê dịch vụ công nghệ thông tin Phần mềm quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu chứng thực tỉnh Quảng Nam
- Gói thầu: Thiết bị (Số hóa giai đoạn I và Giai đoạn II) Thuộc dự án: Tạo lập cơ sở dữ liệu hộ tịch điện tử trên địa bàn thành phố Đà Nẵng để đồng bộ vào hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu hộ tịch điện tử quốc gia
- Gói thầu: Số hóa Sổ hộ tịch trên địa bàn tỉnh Quảng Ngãi năm 2022
- Gói thầu: Gói số 1: Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu về xử lý vi phạm hành chính trên địa bàn tỉnh Sóc Trăng
On the other side, OSP Global, it could be said that 2022 is a year of breakthrough with customer revenue growing to a record, reaching 850 billion, an increase of 495% compared to 2021. The number of orders processed in 2022 reached nearly 4 million sim cards and package orders. On average, each month the company provides 140,000 MobiFone sim cards and 170,000 MobiFone packages to the market.
2022 also marked many innovations when: the Online Number Selection Service officially launched a phone application on both IOS and Android operating systems in April 2022, to support users to connect to the network at home and optimize the subscriber development process of MobiFone Network. OSP Global’s application has been receiving positive feedback for offering user-friendly experiences. By the end of 2022, the Number Selection Service has officially reached 1.8 million new subscribers nationwide.
Although the service was only launched by the end of 2021, the MobiFone Collaborator Service continued to successfully build a community with 38,000 new members in the past year, bringing the cumulative number of collaborators to 43,000 people. Beside, OSP Global also launched the Collaborator Mobile application with the desire to bring the best support tool to the collaborator network in the business of telecommunications products and digital products. As of last December, the Collaborator app has reached nearly 11,000 downloads on App Store and CH Play.
The result of OSP Global team’s tireless efforts is customer revenue reaching approximately 600 billion VND.
As part of a series of new products launched in 2022, the MobiCTV application was completed by the OSP Global team in just 20 days, to support the deployment and operation of collaborator services at the Company Region 3. In particular, the MobiCTV System was honored to receive the MobiFone Corporation-level innovation award and it is expected that the model will be replicated in other regional companies.
With the principle of constantly striving to develop, OSP Global completed the construction of a new product – Oneshop in the fourth quarter of 2022. OneShop is OSP’s strategic product in 2023 with the mission of becoming a reputable Affiliate system and leading the telecommunications market in Vietnam and expanding financial and insurance products. It is expected that the product will be officially launched in 2023 and will bring breakthrough experiences to users.
